A Combination of a Dairy Restaurant and a Spice Shop. A farm located at the heart of the forest near the scenic road that leads from the Shimshon Junction towards Har Hatayasim, the Sataf and Ein Kerem The spice farm is sprawled over an area of around 400 square meters and includes a dairy and fish restaurant designed for 150 people. Near the restaurant is a shop which offers an experiential combination of colors, tastes and scents, including a large variety of different types of spices, herbs, teas, and cosmetics based solely on nature and plants. The farm was built about two years ago by Erez and Yael Corial and is located on a junction which is the starting point for many bike routes and hikes at Shephelat Yehuda (the Judean lowlands) and the Judean Mountains. Recently, the couple has opened an additional restaurant, "HaPa'amon" (The Bell), located at the Valley of Elah, with a capacity of 250 guests. The restaurant's menu includes meats. There are different activities in the region, including bicycle tours, ATV tours and family-car tours. From this place, one can reach the sculpture garden at Ya'ar HaNasi (The President's Forest) near Kibbutz Tzora, to Park Britannia, to the city of Beit Shemesh, to the stalactite and stalagmite cave, to the caves at the Beit Govrin National Park and more.
