The renovations were done in the hotels Dan Carmel and Dan Panorama, with an investment of 23 million NIS.
The Dan hotel chain has recently announced the completion of the repairs and renovations of its hotels Dan Carmel and Dan Panorama in Haifa. In the Dan Carmel project, approximately 15 million NIS were invested on renovating the rooms, suites and public areas. Among other things, the hotel's entrance area and reception desk were enlarged, while preserving the many artworks placed in the hotel, including paintings, sculptures and works on the walls. In addition, the hotel's central event halls were renovated in order to adapt them to contemporary needs. The hotel's restaurant, Palachi, was also renovated, and the hotel's rooms were redesigned, including modern equipping and a new lighting system. The hotel's royal suite received special treatment, with an investment of nearly a million NIS.
In the Dan Panorama hotel, the lobby and public areas were repaired, combining different artistic elements. Computerized color lighting that changes every once in a while creating different effects according to the hour of the day was added, and the upper lobby, which also serves as a bar, was uniquely designed.
Ami Hirschstein, CEO of the Dan hotel chain, said that the work was done in order to preserve the chain's status so that it continues to keep to the highest standards in the world today.
